On The Go 'Power Pack' Instant Meal

I actually use this combo every morning (and throughout the night sometimes). It's quite a starter for the day! Pretty much everything you need to plow you through the start of the day.

What you need:
- A powerful blender

Recipe:
-Ice Cold Water (14 ounces)
-2 std scoops protein powder (~46g protein)
-1 std serving of beta-alanine [More info]
-2 tablespoons of Sun-Maid raisins
-1 std heaping cup of Cornflakes (All-Bran Wheat is usually preferred, ~40g carbs)
-1 Banana (sliced)

Consumed right after
-Vitamin C 1000mg
-Vitamin B Complex 450mg

Directions: Everything in the blender and power it on for 2 mins. Let the foam/bubbles settle before consumption.

Well, it does look a little gross but it actually tastes quite alright! Tastes very much like banana-split creamy chocolate milkshake. Mmmm. Fast, easy, and the perfect marriage of High & Low GI carbs (for fast & slow energy release) with protein, mineral and vitamins. Oh, and some dietary fibre to boot.

What more can you ask for? It's the ultimate health meal! (approximately 500 calories). I should be seeing much more of this 'blend' in the coming weeks for my bulk cycle.
