Eliza managed to get some Krispy Kreme dough nuts from Hong Kong (from the Airport). It cost about HK$110 for 12 pieces. Can't find these or Dunkin' Donuts in Singapore, but there's a dough nut shop at Raffles shopping which has a massive queue! (More on that another time)

Very tasty... very sweet! The stuff that causes diabetes! The jam or custard filled ones are usually my favorites. Mmm. Donuts.


Happy with the dough nuts! Many thanks to Eliza for bringing back the donuts fresh from HK.

I think she wanted some too..

















On contrast, some dunkin' donuts I had way back in Feb' 07 in Bangkok.

I have passed that doughnut shop in Central, HK several times. And I was tempted. But when you stare at them long enough they start to whisper "saturated fat".... very scary.

Saturated fat indeed, not to mention the truckload of sugar that comes within. Pure decadence.
