Scallop Seafood Pasta
Friday, August 31, 2007
Hmm, scallop pasta. One of my favorites. Fast and easy. Wouldn't take 15-20mins perhaps.
-200-300g pasta of choice (ie. languine/angel hair)
-Scallops/prawns/tuna (200g-300g)
-Red/green Capsicums (half a bell)
-Cucumber, sliced (1 whole, Optional)
-Halved baby tomatoes (8-10 pieces)
-Sauteed chopped mushrooms w/ chopped garlic (4-5 shitake mushrooms + 3 gloves garlic)
-chopped pitted olives (green) (5-6 pieces)
optionals:
-Chopped red chillis (2 de-seeded chillis)'must! for non-lingering spicy taste'
-Dried tomatoes (not necessary but 2-3 )
Garnishes/Sauce:
-Squeezed lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
-Shaved zesty lemon skin (15-20 scrapes on the shaver)
-Parsley (A handful - chopped)
-Sea salt & crushed black pepper (season to liking)
-olive oil (3-4 capfuls)

A new blog!
I've created a new blog! Guess I'm slow to catch up, perhaps, but to talk about my life story and to have it in public is somewhat an odd concept to me. We shall see what I can talk about in due time.
To be continued...
Ok, it was a quick decision. I guess I'd make it a food blog. Stuff that I cook/eat/see that I might deem tasty? A food blog! Wow, such imagination and creativity! Wait....
