Worcestershire Steak with hot chips!

Ah, steak! Beef is definitely my favorite choice of meats (2nd being chicken). I recently discovered how awesome Worcestershire sauce goes with steak! Excellent stuff. Here's a simple recipe.

[Serves 2]

Recipe
-2x 200g beef steak (I usually go tenderloin aka fillet mignon for tender juiciness or 'eye of round' for a healthy cut.
-White Onion (1 whole, finely chopped)
-Fresh Red Chili (3 pieces, de-seeded, finely chopped)
-White Garlic (1 glove, finely chopped)
-Worcestershire Sauce (6-8 tablespoons)
-Garlic Salt/Crushed Black Pepper

Directions
Marinate steaks in worcestershire sauce. Pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Throw in chopped garlic and let steaks sit in sauce for an hour to overnight.

Combine chopped onion and fresh chili. Marinate in worcestershire sauce (2-3 tablespoons). Sprinkle paprika. Add additional herbs to taste as you please.

Pan sear marinated steak for 6 minutes each side (for 1 inch thick steaks. Adjust accordingly) to attain medium rare. Once flipped over (do this only once), throw in chopped onions/chili and gently stir. Should be ready once the other side has been done for 6 minutes.

Serve with salted hot chips or vegetables of choice (baked potato!). Garnish with parsley for colour.

She looks happy with the steak. At least I think she is...
